BKB Limited, including PaKHouse Brands, announced that Geoff Kingwill has been appointed as chairperson of the board. The outgoing chairperson, Chris Louw, retires after many years of dedicated service and highly valued leadership to the group. Kingwill, who joined the board in 2014, held the position of vice-chairperson. He is a former chairperson of Cape Wools and chairs the International Wool Textile Organization’s Sustainability Working Group.
He has extensive experience in the broader agricultural landscape, which includes the fields of primary production, genetic improvement, value chain management, commodity marketing and industry organisational, as well as business knowledge.
Hansie Swart has been appointed vice-chairperson of the board. “Our board is comprised of experienced and well-respected leaders in the agricultural and business sectors who provide valuable strategic guidance.
