Peaches are now in season and will go perfectly in this boozy Rooibos punch recipe we found on the Rooibos Council’s website, for National Rooibos Day. Serve the punch from a teapot for a fun touch.

Ingredients

500ml strong Rooibos tea, cooled

500ml peach juice

100ml vodka, at least

1 lemon, thinly sliced

handful fresh mint leaves

2 peaches, thinly sliced

 Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large jug and stir well.
  2. Serve over ice.
