This is another significant milestone for the Monsanto SA supply chain team in their quest to deliver superior customer experience and drive operational excellence. The TMS platform would enable faster lead times, better utilization levels, faster payments to vendors and improved visibility to Monsanto customers.

The Monsanto SA Customer Care team has been involved in several key projects during the last couple of years in order to continue on the journey of providing superior customer experiences. According to Bonolo Molewa, TMS change manager, Monsanto SA, the team was eager to embrace the system. “Resilience is a key attribute to embracing change and to remaining committed to the process. Strengthening this resilience has come at a time during which our company is going through changes. The logistics team has been eager to learn and has shown such pride in wanting to master the system.”
